Our Lots at The Coves of Lago Vista

The Coves at Lago Vista is a well planned private lakeside and water-skiing community. There are 52 waterfront lake lots ranging from 70' to 150' wide by an average 200' deep. Only 15 waterfront lots will have waterskiing privileges with a cove for a backyard boatlift. The other 49 waterfront lots will have non-power boating privileges on the lake. There are 96 ranch lots offered from 1/2 to over 1 acre. The majority of these lots are located on safe and tranquil coved roads, most with Oso creek views.
